Photographs do not need to be professional, but they should be clear enough to illustrate the space and style of your home. Take high-quality photographs – take photos of all the different rooms and spaces in your home, as well as any exterior features of interest.

Please be as specific as possible with the information you submit. Include the square meterage of your property, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, any other features, and any filming restrictions, such as noise levels or off-limits areas.

If your application is accepted, you will be contacted immediately by a team member who will provide you with our terms and conditions of representation as well as other information. This is also an excellent time to ask any questions you may have.

The information you submit on this form will be used to identify you and your property, as well as to consider your property for inclusion in our portfolio. In order to respond to your application, we must contact you via email or phone. If your application is rejected, the information we have gathered will be removed from our secure systems within one calendar month. If your application is accepted, we will notify you of our decision and give additional information on our representation terms and conditions. The information we have gathered will then be saved to our secure servers and will be kept for as long as we continue to collaborate. Being a shoot location may be both enjoyable and financially lucrative, but it is critical that a location owner understands that there is some work required.

New inquiries are frequently fast-paced and must be handled with care. We will present you with all of the terms of the hire during the initial inquiry stage, and it is crucial that you read and understand what you are agreeing to before accepting a provisional booking.

On the day of hire, the location should be presented neat and tidy, and as close to the way it appears on our website as feasible. You should be present when the team arrives in the morning, and again at the end of the day to do a walk-through with the client to sign off that you are satisfied with how the location has been returned to you.

As a representation agency, we provide complete assistance to our location owners and are constantly available by phone to offer advise and help. Before any booking is confirmed, you will always be thoroughly informed about the details of a hire.
